- Learn equality and non-violent principles in all your relationships

- Be aware of and understand the impact of violence on you
- Seek and use strategies to reduce the impact of violence
- Feel less guilty about the abuse
- Reinforce her relationship with you
- Trust herself, discover her strengths and improve her parental skills
